    PLEASE change it back! No one appears to like any of these changes so why keep doing it? It worked fine in the past, now it's beginning to be useless because emails you're looking for don't show up but Spam does. In the Inbox instead of the Spam folder. This isn't working!!!!

    Not sure if related but I am not getting all the email messages sent to me. Don't even go to spam!

    changes made today has made aol send email pathetic have had aol for 25 years but unless changes are made soon not for much longer, AI has ruined it all should be a choice not forced.

    Pls. go back to the old format! I logged in last month and was shown this new style & log in. Where are my folders, contacts, pics?! New style stinks!

    The mail software is terrible. My contacts list is a nightmare that frustrates me every day! go back to the old style. It worked. this newer style does not work correctly. I am actually shocked about the poor quality of this newer contact list. please fix this.

    I completely agree! This newer format still doesn't work properly and I want it back to the old style/look/design!!!!!!!

    why can't I get into my email. got on my old phone. just bought a new one and suddenly tells me I am not using correct sign in. Grrr

    Every time you make a change in the format, I lose everything; pics, contacts, all saved
