How can we improve the AOL App?

'AOL is no longer user-friendly. The new format is like Google. Does Google own AOL? Is that why it changed?' has been merged into this idea

is there a way to view my emails that were 'old' from 2020 in my AOL mailbox? it would be lovely to have access to the old information.

    I am not finding a way to log off and return into my other AOL account. it keeps locked in. please advise.

    User has to delete emails before more emails will load. ALL emails should load upon opening the app. Can't see photos in emails half the time.
