I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data.

Searching email on my aol android app for a specific contact gives me all of my emails and the contact I'm searching for isn't even first. I have to scroll forever to find a specific email.

every time I search for an email it pulls up the list I select the name I'm looking for to pull up the old email and I get nothing but a blank screen very frustrating I'm not really crazy about the revamp of the male features in the app to be honest with you I kind of like the previous version that was just basic and simple to use I didn't really need fancy buttons or combined features I just wanted a simple way to access my email please work on the function so I can search my previous sent emails and actually pull them up to reread them or pull information from them very frustrating I don't have time to sit down on the laptop.

When you click on a search result, you get a different email. Moreover, when you click on every search result, you get the same email which is different than the one you've chosen.

The android app's search engine only yields partial search results, i.e., wikipedia, videos, or related searches. It won't yield intended search results.
