Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    App alerted one notification for new emails in a list on the GUI status bar which was correct. Recently, app began alerting one notification per new email populating multiple AOL notifications across the status bar which is a bug. Please fix so app only issues one AOL notification for all new emails in a list as before.

    Fix the App so all emails load, not just some. Also, revert back to allowing just read emails to stay in "new" and not automatically go to "old".

    This app is terrible. Takes forever to load, doesn't always send the mail, can't always open the news, emails disappear and then reappear. Customer service?? Can't send an email, can't chat with anyone unless you pay.. the email exchange App is much more reliable. What happened to you aol? Even trying to report this is terrible
