Sync app with online email account. I have deleted emails online and they still show up on my phone app. all the way back to 2013.

Hi there, sorry to hear that. Please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    The app does not fully synch with the online (desktop/laptop) version of AOL. For instance, a read email on the app does not reflect as read in the online version. Same if you put an email in a folder.
    Also, unless you open the app and read email at least once every two hours emails become unavailable (lost) on the app.
    The app is practically worthless!

    delete or old mail does not show up in respective folders for hrs, or more.

    Actually make messages delete or archive on the server when managing mail in the app. I can delete messages & it doesn't sync.

    I want to reduce the amount of emails I have by deleting them but I don't want to have to use the phone then go to my computer it's also delete them

    I often check email on my android phone. Later when I go to my laptop I find that several emails that I've already read have not been marked read and I'm seeing a whole bunch of "new" emails (which I already read) on my laptop from the AOL Website.

    AOL GOLD app should be an image of AOL GOLD Computers folders. Not saved in the saved folder. They should sync up when create, rename a folder on AOL GOLD from the computer.

    Sync email among devices. When I delete an email on my tablet it doesn't show as deleted when I go to my computer.

    Ridiculous that if I want access to messages from a day or two ago, I have to sync constantly. Saturday, I needed access to a Friday message, and had to get into webmail to get it. Should be able to get headers as I scroll, and message on demand.

    I don't be seeing email for 4 days at a time and then it show's up,it's messing me up with important message's
