  2. In app notification sounds are no longer working. I used to be able to customize notification sounds within the app & it no longer works

    In app notifications are no longer working. I used to be able to customize incoming email notification sounds but that option is no longer working on my Samsung S20. I counted on that feature to distinguish between incoming personal emails vs incoming bussiness emails. Even after using AOL for over 30 years, I'm seriously considering using a different email application due to the loss of this function.

  4. GET RID OF THIS LOUSY UPDATE AND CANT YOU SEE WHAT EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT??? I AM A 90 YEAR OLD FEMALE AND I HAVE STRUGGLED TO LEARN.

  5. replace DESKTOP GOLD with a version that does not change the format of emails. Older versions didn't do this; future ones shouldn't, either.

  9. How can I see multiple folders? I want to keep some emails but not all in my inbox?

  13. Upload all new messages as inbox is opened.

    When I open AOL inbox each morning not all emails are there. If I close the AOL app and reopen or delete any messages, more new messages will populate.

  16. Stop adding even more annoying ads. First it's the top banner, 2nd, the one inside the email listing. Now a third banner one. Awful
