  3. I understand why you need to push people to upgrade. it is all about revenue but this is extremely annoying.

    If you want to annoy your prospective customers, keep annoying them for every email they open, otherwise, change it to once or twice a day. Perhaps then, I will eventually consider. Nagging does not help!

  5. it changed! all my emails used to go into my inbox. now I have to go to unread to read my emails & if I don't move them to my inbox I lose

  7. Stop asking to enroll everyone to further cost just to filter ads you are already screwing all of your customers on!

  11. Again! You modify or change how your app or website work with NO notice, NO tutorial, NO link, NO FAQ!

    Respect your customers; ask for input before full implementation, provide notice and a link to test and / or find solutions to issues that may arise!

  12. allow my display settings to stick on your app rather than over-riding them

    AOL app doesn't actually allow us to personalize settings. It always reverts to AOL's default & ignores user choices

  20. when you stop an email send (of attachments & pictures) "too big" suggest an option & instruct "how to" info to fix so we can send.
