  4. How can I see multiple folders? I want to keep some emails but not all in my inbox?

    You could make it simpler to create new folders.

  5. It is so hard to sign on now. I can't believe you have to have these codes and texted to you, verify, i've been using aol for 33 yrs

    It is so hard to get AO. L to remember my user password almost every time it wants me to verify my email or my backup email. Phone number wants to send me a code. It doesn't remember the devices.

  6. Eliminate the link AOL for Android from mail from my phone. it has no meaning for me or my friends. they can see AOL in my email address

  8. your new format for sending emails does not work for someone who has low vision. the TalkBack feature on my phone does not work with this

  9. let me type in an email address without demanding access to my phone contacts. no. also, deleted emails should delete, not reappear.

    when i need to send an email to a new address, aol does not need access to my phone contacts. I'm typing an address from the web. it is not in my contacts!

  10. Upload all new messages as inbox is opened.

    When I open AOL inbox each morning not all emails are there. If I close the AOL app and reopen or delete any messages, more new messages will populate.

  15. Stop adding even more annoying ads. First it's the top banner, 2nd, the one inside the email listing. Now a third banner one. Awful

  17. needs voice recording of emails. you are behind the times. and allow one to shutoff auto completing of words it is wrong most of the time
