  1. stop the video autoplay. I keep changing the setting to never, and the next day it resets itself to WiFi Only. very annoying.

  2. Why is it I have to change my password every couple of days? Nothing but aggravation. I have to pay $9.99 to talk to customer service!

  5. make "never" on automatic video play truly NEVER. It keeps reverting to "only when connected to WIFI" and I have to reset my preference.

  7. Please change the constant reversion to the news feed when we try to return to the mail folder. It's beyond annoying.

  8. permanently delete the email when I delete it not send it back to me

    why don't you fix it. why are you going to ask if you're doing nothing about it? it's abusive to make someone continuously delete the same emails.

  9. make a few adjustments to the new app. Although I am grateful for aol, it is not user friendly right now-especially for this 76 year old!

    I had to Google "how to write an email on android with new aol app".
    I also don't like the new additions like "shopping", etc

  20. Every time I sign on AOL I get the weather and news for a different city. I change it to my zip code and save but it does no good. Any ideas

    Why do I get different weather and news every time I sign on AOL. I put my zip code in and save it but next time I sign on I get a different city and news. How can this be corrected?
