The website or app should be fast loading and the user should not have to sign-in multiple times if they've been allowed to access their email account before on any device.

Articles you publish often have spelling mistakes and/or words missed out completely. This is lazy, unprofessional & disrespectful to your readers. All articles should be proof read.

Got a new phone (had Motorola) they had an email mobile app that you can sort by sender. Why can't aol? Great for clearing duplicates.

There is a timeout issue, too short, using phone as secondary verification method. Email works ok.
