We did send an email that we’re updating our authentication policies around third-party email access to better protect your email account. You may need to update your account settings in third-party programs to use a more secure approach. By default, we block access to your email account if you are using outdated apps that could leave your account vulnerable. If we sent you an email indicating that your app is using outdated security protocols or you’re unable to log in from an older app, you still have several options available to you. how can I combine and view 2 different emails at the same time?
I want to veiw more than one email account at the same time.
Hello there, you can add multiple account in the AOL app by going to Settings, Manage Accounts and tap Add account.

so If I have deleted my account from samsung email and windows mail. Then re-added them, I am good? Your directions are confusing
Hi there. If you’re using the AOL Mail app you don’t need to re-add your account. Only if you’re using a 3rd party app you will need to follow these steps: https://help.aol.com/articles/allow-apps-that-use-less-secure-sign-in

I am now not able to print messages from my phone email. I am getting a message: "Failed to change the settings. Try again." HELP, please

after I search for junk mail "xyz" allow me to select all to delete
when trying to clear out/ clean up my in box I often find hundreds of notifications from one sender that I can delete. It's easy to search for emails from the sender however, I have to select each one individually in order to delete a handful at a time. Search, select all and delete would be a nice feature would like to get my in box under 999+
AOL Mail on the AOL app lets you delete messages either one at a time, or group a bunch together and do a mass delete.
Here’s how:
1. Tap the Mail icon
2. Tap the folder your message is in.
3. Tap the box next to the messages you want deleted.
4. Alternatively, tap Select All after selecting the first message.
5. Tap the Delete icon at the top of the screen.

In trying to access a news story, I'm being asked for my password. When I tap on it to enter the password, the keyboard won't pop up.
Since the keyboard won't pop up, I can't type my password. I've refreshed, turned phone off/on, but no help. What now?!?

Thank you for your feedback, it takes somewhere between 7 and 30 days until the Trash folder removes the emails.

How about making the reply all button include the cc mail addresses as every other app does?
Make the reply all button include those cc'd in the previous email.

Good I like tis app 👍 but I can't able to fix the dp I hav select it and crop it but the dp was not shown it was still blank... why??

1- Allow widening of email list/ preview. 2- Give options to increase text size. Too small.
Looking through email list is like looking at a postage stamp. So tiny and squashed to the left. Create ability to widen entire email list by touching line and pulling right, as desired, to better preview emails temporarily.
Please follow the steps below: From the phone’s Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen > Go to Settings > Display > Tap Screen zoom > There slide the blue bar to the left > Go back to Display Screen > Font size and style > Slide the blue bar to the left.
