  1. Billing Department giving me a difficult time being transferred to Tech regarding Case # 11164978

    I have to call at least 4 times to be transferred to AOL tech regarding Case number 11164978. I would like to be contacted asap.

  2. Add a button in phone app for "mark as unread" that I can click while a message is open instead of "moving" it from Old Mail.

    In the Android phone app, there's no 'right click' option. I want a button visible in the phone email inbox to mark the message "unread".

    Learn how to filter emails in the AOL app:

    1. Tap the Mail icon

    2. On the top of the screen tap the Drop-down icon

    3. Select how you want your mail filtered:

    - See All

    - Read

    - Unread

    - Flagged

    - Unflagged

    - Attachments

    Thank you for reaching out. Can you please follow the steps below, to make sure the Notification Sound is Silent:

    1. Open the AOL App.
    2. Tap on the Settings button (Gear icon on the bottom right).
    3. Tap on Notifications.
    4. Tap on ‘System Notification Settings’ or Tap on the Importance level (e.g. High, Medium, Low) depending on the device you are using.
    5. Under the ‘Email Received’ section, tap on your Email Address.
    6. Tap on ‘Notification style’.
    7. Select ‘Silent’.

  4. The latest app update for Kindle fire HD 10 is buggy. Need to fix.

    Mail screen won't resize when message selected. Response is suddenly much slower.

    I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue: 1. Clear the app’s cache 2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove 3. Restart your mobile device 4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version 5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

  5. why is this showing up as a Yahoo-related account?

    when I look under "accounts," AOL shows up as a Yahoo account.

  9. My emails will not open to full size in my tablet. This is new, can anyone tell me how to fix it.

    When I open my AOL email I get the inbox list as usual. When I touch the icon that is supposed to max/min the email message it slides to the right but does not show message in full screen like it did just recently.

  11. yahoo France unavailable for log in nor on Android or Ios. please fix it urgently !

    French users cannot log on Yahoo on this 9th December of 2019

  14. Could you unblock my account, it's been two weeks and your anti fraud department is full of useless Muppets that can't call me back. Ffs

    I ordered lots. 4 times u blocked my account. I have sent passport Pictures. Everything u ask for and still I'm blocked.

    Ive used forgotten password page to access and even that fails me.. U send the OTP but then the page fails.
    You lost £1300 in one evening because of this. The money was in your hands, but u failed the delivery and returned my money as I was ****** off. But still its blocked get it sorted children. Thanks

    Hi,

    If you wish to edit your privacy settings please follow these steps:

    1. Open the AOL App.
    2.T ap on the “Gear” on the bottom right corner of the screen.
    3. Under the “Support” tab, tap on “Privacy Dashboard”.
    4. Sign in (if required).
    5. Scroll down and find “Your Privacy Controls”.
    6. There you can select which data can be used to improve your AOL experience.

  18. To replace my account that's never been deactivated, due to inactivity. your account should never be deactivated, for no cause whatsoever!

    To not deactivat nobody's account whatsoever. because all of my important emails are on my account. and now its vanished into thin air, but it's still active and I dont know the number that it was associated with, so they don't want to retrieve it for me, and that pours gravy!
