  2. Any time I search for a message I cannot open the one I want. A different one will open.

  3. Get rid of the Top Picks at the top of every email received. I absolutely hate this. Makes it harder to get to the gist of the email

    at least make it an option that could be turned off

  5. I HATE this new format. I can't find anything. the worst idea ever. it's really horrible.

    I hate this new format. it's terrible. it's going to be such a pain to send everybody my new Gmail address but it will be worth it so I don't have to use this ridiculous email format. it's so hard to find what you're looking for in an email chain.

  8. Give users some ability to control/tailor the sponsored content in our news feed.

    allow paying users to modify their settings so that they have some control over the sponsored content on their news feed.
