  8. When you add something to your spam/junk folder you assume that it's going not to be sent over again.How about updating your spam filter?

    When I send items to my spam folder I still get the same emails a couple of days later. It's time to update your spam filters.

What makes you think I'm going to bother reading any of that?...never-ending, accidentally "clicking", on an advertisement for something I have already bought. Whomever is in charge of this stuff is failing fast.
