  4. stop the video autoplay. I keep changing the setting to never, and the next day it resets itself to WiFi Only. very annoying.

  10. Go back to previous format. I can't access my emails as AOL screen keeps freezing. I need to restart phone to gain access every time.

    AOL screen keeps freezing. I restart my phone to access it. When I've gone through and deleted an number of my Emails at the same time it freezes in the middle and the new percentage icon buffers and freezes then the whole AOL screen goes darker and freezes and I can't access it at all. AOL please go back to the previous format as this new one doesn't work and is nit fit for purpose. It is putting me off AOL completely, I have been with AOL for over 20 years and never experienced such a useless service. Considering going…

  14. How come I can't log out of the app? That is stupid. I can "disable" the account but as soon as I open it, the account works again? Dumb.

  17. don't jump to next message while I'm reading one, also all that everyone else hates, yes this mail now sucks worse every day

    I'm reading a message and it jumps to the next message without my touching anything. Every new mail incoming pushes my open item to the next up. Let me read what I choose.

  18. There comes a point,when a recipe is totally perfect. Then you maintain and reproduce,not change it.

    Use news sources local to individuals, rather than primarily Yahoo, CNN, etc. Like maybe Komo or Kiro for King county WA.
