    emails should go to inbox not trash. spam filter doesn't work. still get same emails everyday that I've reported as spam numerous times

  15. go back to a version that allows me to see new emails in the "new mail" folder and not in the "trash" folder. why does this happen?

    Try as I may my mail won't go back to arriving into the new mail folder. PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHY THIS KEEPS HAPPENING!!!!! AND use terminology that a person who isn't technically efficient in computer science can understand. thanks...
