  10. Among the AOL app's many problems, perhaps the most annoying is that it loses its place if new email arrives while the app is suspended.

    For example, if you follow a link in an email to a web page opened in another app, and new email arrives before you return to AOL, the AOL app displays a newer email and loses your place in the email you were reading. This is clearly a bug.

  20. Bring back most options in email, text, size, style, print preview And no Yahoo news, awful. all these things we included from dial-up days.

    many options now have monthly service charges. AOL was free and a really great email tool when dial-up connection was the ONLY option.
