Customer assistance is almost non existent
It is almost impossible to find a contact number. Email or ansaying relating to eBay. Very confusing pricing is outrageous.

I want the option of the old email format. Stop changing things. The reason I've stayed with AOL is because I want what I'm used to.

I am quite happy for you to put adverts in your app as the whole thing is free but I don't want your news feed I just want the email app. Make the settings so I can set my inbox as my homepage.

Please stop reminding me repeatedly I can't automatically collect ShopRite credits with loyalty card. I prefer submitting it anyway.
Banner appears on top of the ShopRite offers saying you need to submit your receipt and cannot just use your loyalty card. It happens over and over again and needs to be cleared away to continue doing anything else on the ShopRite page. It's both annoying and time consuming.

There's an old adage, "If it isn't broken, don't fix it" whoever pitched this new format to corporate, needs to be terminated immediately.
I have been with AOL from day one and without a doubt, this is utterly the worst format I have ever seen. Seriously guys, you need to rethink this new layout, it's really a mistake and extremely difficult to use. If you haven't read the feedback from your clients, I would strongly suggest you start doing it immediately.

HATE, HATE, HATE not being able to rotate the screen. The print is so tiny that you can't read it. If you tap to enlarge it, it won't fit

please, go back to the Old email format that shows the date next to each email.
return back to the format that shows email date without have to read the email to find the date. And sync mobile phone AOL with my desktop computer AOL.

do something to return AOL to it's former self. I have been hacked, changed passwords as requested, and don't receive my emails.
change AOL back to it's former self. the current version is really bad. I have not received emails in several months.
