  1. Allow local storage of emails for a configurable time period.

    When I select a day's worth of emails and begin scrolling to deselect ones I want to keep, additional emails show up in the list, unselected thankfully. This happens more than once for the period I select (today, yesterday, this week, this month) and inserts entries between selected ones. It's extremely frustrating when I'm already frustrated having to sort through my inbox this way to find emails that are important to me. I've been using AOL since the mid-90s, but I'm seriously contemplating a move to an account that will work with Outlook.

  4. Fix the App

    The app does not fully synch with the online (desktop/laptop) version of AOL. For instance, a read email on the app does not reflect as read in the online version. Same if you put an email in a folder.
    Also, unless you open the app and read email at least once every two hours emails become unavailable (lost) on the app.
    The app is practically worthless!

  5. Allow email signature from pc to transfer to mobile, with images

    I use my email for work and sometimes i need to send stuff on the go i need my signature at the bottom to look Professional.

  10. Can't get back into AOL. Removed by mistake & spent 2 hrs online w/AOL & they don't know what to do either. Bad!!!

  11. I recently upgraded to a Samsung S23 FE 5G phone. When I try to access some content, I am blocked due to content licensing restrictions.

    content from NBC Universal, Yahoo Finance and others are all blocked but some other are displayed. why is this happening,

  18. after updating the app as requested now I can't open my mail properly was working beautifully until I updated the AOL

    I didn't want to update my AOL,
    they said that I had to in order to continue with the app and now I can't open my mail properly as I had a feeling this would happen

  20. add a toggle to disable the CONSTANT reminder that I have new emails! The receipt notification is ALL that is necessary.

    Most people do not live just to read emails. Your idiotic assumption that unread emails are SO IMPORTANT that I require constant reminders is asinine. Or did you somehow forget about the three line preview ???
