  1. Mail Account won‘t update

    It started this morning. My mail account was empty (the in Box) then loaded many many older mails
    and all over sudden after refreshing all mails of the passed 7 years have disappeared on all
    IOS devices I use (iPhone and iPad) I have installed the aol mail as the main mail account
    on my IOS devices and I also use the aol mail app. The issues occured in all applications.
    I hope you van help me to reload the missing mails. Thank you.

  2. Security Questions

    You let someone hack my account and change my password and get access to my other accounts such as Instagram and Uber and they now have access to my credit card information. If you guys had security questions this would’ve been avoided.

  3. Mail trouble

    Can not send e mail with attached pdf file and without attached file to any one, but i am getting e mails from other people,

    I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

    1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
    2. Restart your mobile device
    3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
    4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    After you’ve performed these steps, should you still encounter this issue, please reach out to our support team at aolmailquestions@aol.com.

  4. AOL app latency

    1. Has me reinstalling all the time. 2.Does not print the whole email page
    2. I must reset my setting all the time .

  5. UNWANTED signature line

    I continue time and again go delete the signature line in AOL and it keeps coming back! Only system you can’t get rid of it like I wish I could get rid of AOL right now.

  6. Can’t get mail on iPhone

    Since verizon moved to aol I’m having trouble getting mail to migrate to my phone and computer. It won’t sign on keep getting same error message

  8. AOL updated app

    I updated my AOL app several yrs ago when you sent it. How can I get all my info to my new app and get rid of my old icon/app.

    They get confused and go back and forth and won’t always send correctly.

    Old app tells me they don’t know who I am.

  10. Emails - text size not consistent

    Text size in emails is not consistent. Don’t know until receiver sees it.
    It’s embarrassing. It’s emphasizes and adds tone to certain words or phrases that you don’t intend to. But other person doesn’t know it’s error and reads it wrong way. How to fix?

    sometimes it’s occurring on laptops and not just iphone. You don’t see text size until opening the email.
    IPHONE SE.

  13. Facebook will not accept my password

    They said my time had expired just suddenly and knocked me off Facebook, no explanation, I don’t want to spend hours trying to get back on like I usually do, Help!

    You should remove and re-add your account from the app and if you are having sign in trouble, please check on mail.aol.com, from a desktop computer, if your password is correct.

  15. HELP -NO NEW MSG‘s

    Hello
    Can someone PLEASE help me -
    I dont get new messages anymore.. last update was 23 h ago.. I tested my theorie & sent a msg from another account to my aol account & it didnt arrive. No matter if I check it from my app / or from the web site. There are just no new messages. I already logged out /in new.. didnt help. What can I do? Whats the problem? Im waiting for very important infos.

    Hello, my account has not been logged in for a period of time, causing the account to be frozen. When I try to log in, I am prompted that my account has been frozen. Welcome to continue to register, but when I register, I will be prompted to register. I just want my account to be restored. Please help me to restore my account.
