delete emails after they’ve been in inbox for a certain amount of time

Have an option to automatically delete your emails after they’ve been in your inbox for say 30 days, 2 months, 3 months, or something like that. especially if they haven’t been read.

    I’ve lost three very important emails from my inbox that I need for work. I DID NOT delete them. Fix this please!!!

    Add the possibility of automatically deleting emails in Trash that are a certain time period old.

    I’ve been with aol for ever. What’s going on ?!?!?! All of a sudden new and old emails are disappearing !!!!! I flag them so I can go back at a later time to read and or respond.
    Now there gone and they are important. I will decide when I want to delete. Please fix this !!!!!!

    I’ve lost all of my old emails. Customer service says it’s because I haven’t signed in for over 30 days which is false. I’m using the AOP app! It’s absolute ****. Then they try to force me to pay a monthly fee or else they can’t speak to me on customer service .

    You should be able to pick the time frame that the emails are in your mailbox before they are deleted.

    My new mail is being deleted. I have been aol customer for many years and have never had this happen. It was important. How do I retrieve it.

    Stop deleting emails, i am able to decide for myself what needs deletion.

    My old emails are constantly, more than once a day, going to trash inbox. It’s very frustrating that I am having to go in the trash inbox to find them and move them back to old mails but still gets put back to trash! And once it’s in the trash, there’s only so far back that I can retrieve them because it only stays in trash for certain amount of days.

    I keep losing my old emails also. Stop this please! There are reasons why I keep some emails in there for a reason. If this doesn’t get corrected soon, I’m switching.

    I think we should be able to choose when we want to delete anything! We should be able to delete our emails when we are ready. I also believe there should be a way to retrieve something after it’s been deleted as well. Is all that impossible?
