My mailbox won’t update..

My mailbox doesn’t seem to update on the AOL app. I have an iPhone 7 and everything is up-to-date on the software end. My phone alerts me in the notification bar that I have an email but when I open my AOL app to emails do not populate. I slide the screen down to refresh it and nothing happens. I just updated my AOL app a couple days ago and I don’t understand why I am having this problem.

    some of MY mail isn’t coming g through I’m missing many promotions
    Also no Spam and that’s really unusual

    AOL will not update on my iPhone or transfer mail into my general mailbox.

    AOL app totally unreliable on iPad. Emails show up on alerts then disappear on opening of app. And email count drops. Been going on for months. Have made comments on this before. Emails will randomly download eventually. Have had to stop using AOL for any time sensitive communication. Very surprised that this is happening for a company that one would think would have their act together.

    Email will not load. I deleted account from my iPhone and it will not add it back. Says no secure servers. All of my emails are UNACCESSIBLE for over two days. All of my accounts are attached to that and all of my Christmas presents orders and my banking are attached to it.

    Email is down for 2 days. Says no connection to aol. But everything else works

    ALL of my mail, be it new, old, trash are automatically in the trash folder and I can’t move them back.

    I have been told that my AOL email account now requires a modest fee in order to access my mail. I fear it may be a scam. Is this something new that I must pay attention to?

    Messages say they’re sent, but then don’t appear in the Sent folder until much later, if at all

    Went to open my mail last night and my “new” mail & “old” mail folders are empty???
    All my bills & important emails are gone??? But, sent, trash, and spam folders are full??? Anyway to get the important stuff back???

    Not receiving my emails. Found them in the trash envelope!!

    I have an iphoneXR. A few days ago, Thr following problem started: I get an email notice, but when I try to open the email listing it opens, but then shuts down after about 5 seconds. I can’t read or respond to any of my emails. HELP!!!
