Receiving two of the same emails
Receiving two of the exact same emails.
I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

Overnight all my old and new emails became two.

One of my two accounts just duplicated all email today. Please figure out the problem. I cannot follow your fix because I only have wi-fi on my iPad and I have the latest version since it came out. The email for one of the accounts just failed. It was working this morning. I do remember that when I signed in it showed a blank screen and a message saying the folder was empty. Then it loaded the duplicates.

I seem to have a duplicate of every email in my inbox as if they’ve been copied then pasted back in. What’s going on please?
