I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    My AOL app runs about a week behind in updating emails. There is no delay on other email apps. What’s up with that?

    Newly created lists on my computer do not show up on my AOL phone app. There must be a miscommunication between aol.com in the app on the phone.

    Better yet, design it so that we can make lists directly on the phone app. We shouldn’t need to go back-and-forth between computer and phone. The two formats should communicate directly to each other as a dialogue not a monologue. That’s how other software communicates across devices. thank you

    Does not regularly sync up properly it will tell me I have new emails but they won’t download or won’t download fully. I’m connected to a strong WiFi with great bandwidth and I’ve rebooted the iPhone multiple times

    I get the pop up when there is new mail but it doesn’t show in the app in real time. Even after refreshing it doesn’t show right away. Very frustrating

    When I go into my emails on my iPad a tap on an email it disappears. The only way I can read them is to go into emails then go into new emails which is cumbersome.

    This app needs to update the mail data each time the app is opened. Not hours later.

    Make the freakin’ app work! Mail does not update or sync across devices. There is absolutely no reason to force us off a third party mail program—unless the ultimate goal is to dump all of us who have been loyal aol customers for years. ?????

    Contacts are not syncing from my pc aol.com account to my iPad aol app. Contacts edited or added via pc are not syncing.

    I’m so fed up with having my different email accounts not syncing with AOL on all of my devices!! Please fix this issue!

    how do I keep both devices up-to-date…
    emails sent or current it’s always behind on one device or missing emails on one device or the other.

    Does not update on my phone automatically. It is faster on the computer as of late. What is the problem
