Let me receive my AOL emails on my mail app for the iPhone. This AOL app isn’t what I want to use to receive and send my emails.
I want my AOL emails to return to my iPhone mail app. I don’t want to use your AOL app. Pretty sneaky of AOL to decide for me how I choose to receive a send emails. Especially on Christmas Day I want nothing to do with your app yet you force me to do so to get my emails on my iPhone. Extremely rotten of you to do so Once again you did it on Christmas Day. As if I don’t have anything better to do than spend 2 plus hours calling researching and being told to pay a fee to talk to a technician that might be able to help me. ROTTEN ROTTEN ROTTEN AOL PEOPLE. 👎🏿👎🏾👎🏽👎🏼👎🏻👎.

The app crashes, won’t keep me signed in.
At least using mail on my phone rather than the app was quicker, easier to navigate and reliable!! -

I prefer my old system of receiving e mails and not via the app, I prefer to be notified with a sound when my mail is delivered, and for the messages to stay altogether not go to old mail when they have been read. Not enjoying this new system at all.

The app is horrible. It tells me I have new mail but then shows a blank page with no messages. What use is a mail app that doesn’t show you mail!?!?!
Having in iPhone mailbox with all my other email addresses is much much much more useful. -

aol mail worked very well on my mini iPad and my iPhone. Since being persuaded to use the aol app it is nothing like as good. It is very slow. I receive a notification of a new email but it takes ages before I can look at it in full in the app. Also moving emails to folders is not intuitive as it was before when a folder was suggested and I could just agree rather than having to scroll through all the folders. Also the link to aol news is ponderously slow and often only half the article appears - hopeless for you if you really want me to look at this.

This app is just a pain - having to log in every time - it takes far too long and isn’t efficient. Please resume the access by the envelope. Please - and no adverts.

I prefer the mail app on my IPad. I find this app difficult to see. The type is not dark enough. Also, I am displeased with all of the ads.

Hate thus app! Can’t stand trying to read my email on it, so still access through my iPhone where I get AOL & iCloud mail. Visually poor graphics. Hate all the added junk “news” etc. —too leftist. Just want my old AOL Mail back. Hate to change my email after ALL these years, but don’t want to pay for something I hate to use anymore!
