No sound or notifications on my iphone. it was working, then quit. I have reset my phone. I have deleted the AOL mobile app and reloaded it. Still nothing. All my other apps are working fine. This has only happened that past two days.

What’s with the ads in my inbox? Another sell out, one thing I can’t stand is adverts and now I can’t log into my emails with out receiving them.

I am talking to other AOL. Members and they don’t pay a monthly fee. I have been a member from the beginning. Why are some of us paying and other are free?? Lot of money AOL.

I have suddenly started getting an ad on my email . I delete them and get another one. I can’t turn this off. It is very annoying. I have been with aol for many years. I will leave if this can’t be stopped.

I had aol for over 30 yers, first aol.co.uk the ehen Imoved toItalyI switch ed to aol guys. Sorry guysyou keps my email safe and private, with excellent viruschek and spm filter, but thingsstarted going bad when youjoined oath, and even worse with verizon, last but not least unacceptable with yahoo. Myaccounts getregularlyhacked and compromised by this clone aol mailsite that is circulating, and it's not acceptable having constantly to keep chainging password and not being able to read and save email in a secure environment. So I bag you make an effort and go back being the America On Line of the first decade and show google and yahoo,plus unsafe outlook that you are still the best and help us get rid of this cloned site buy telling us how to recognise it and avoided. A loyal customer since 1996 who can't cope any longer with the ongoing worsening and lack of security of AOL, get back to be the n. 1 !!! Thanks

My name is Sara. About 1/3 of the e-mails I receive on AOL (that are ads) are started with “Hi Patty”. No one named Patty lives in this house or reads those e-mails. They have to stop or I am going to give up AOL. Can you explain why so many of my messages start with “Hi Patty”?
