    You ******* woke anti Trump fear mongers. 66,784 cases yesterday with only 477 deaths. France and Brazil had a combined 108,727 cases with 873 deaths. ********!!!!!

    Why is it on the new app doesn’t it save you email address in the bar on the bottom
    When you want to unsubscribe from emails. It’s a pain to type it in 20-30 times

    I downloaded this app as required. What a pain it’s been since. Every single time I try to check my email I have to sign in and some times I have to do it multiple times to get in. I hope this problem is fixed soon or I will be creating a new email account with google.

    I updated my aol account a few days ago . I’m not sure if it’s aol now . I spoke to several “aol” folks about all the spam I’m getting on my aol account. No one can help me . I get connected to some foreign speaking person I cannot understand . I want to go back to the way my account was formatted before I changed . I received an email about updating my account and ever sense I’ve been having problems.

    And BTW, WHAT is the point of offering MAIL HELP in the settings, only to open it, and see it reads OOOPS! Is that supposed to be some sort of cute way of saying we F’d up? Why are you insisting LOYAL AOL USERS HAVE TO USE THIS APP IF IT ISNT WORKING PROPERLY! And if you think you are so freaking clever, why not figure out a way to let customers customize the use to accommodate themselves, for example, why do you automatically dump an email into old mail....forcing me to have to go retrieve every time I need to open it!

    I am scared of the people who are answering the aol phones I think they are fake and are from other countries who are locking people out of their accounts so like myself you end up calling them for help and whoever that is on the other end of the phone they end up asking for your banking information just so you can be allowed to open your account back up. I also noticed that some of my emails were disappearing and not being sent.

    Even though I have the right password, AOL has blocked me from logging in anyway which has lead to more wasting time calling them and going through their Rediculeous time consuming verification and then after you proof that your the owner of the account then they say we still can’t let you into your account because now you have to give us your credit card information first.

    I hate this app. It is so cumbersome, have to delete emails twice, and can’t easily open sites like Pinterest. I just hate it.

    Hate the advertisements

    There are a bunch of gibberish contacts that pop up when I try to send myself an email (my reminders)

    Can’t share tweets via email, the send arrow is dimmed.

    This app sucks.

    I didn’t pay to get useless offensive adverts. How do I go back to getting mail through my normal mail account

    Not sure why I have to sign in every time I check my email; I also have a gmail account because AOL seems to limit the number of email addresses I can send on one group email.

    I have been entering several messages on the aol app, only to have them disappear before they are sent. I can not locate them on my iPad. This is very frustrating, and will likely cause me to abandon this app and address. Can anything be done?

    The app won’t let me stay signed in. I don’t like having to sign in every time I want access my email.

    I’m now accessing my mail by using aol app - but I can’t open attachments. When I access my mail the old way by using link on my iPad, and click on the same email, I have no problem opening the attachment. Why?

    So frustrating why did aol do this can’t send emails from my phone did everything that was asked to sink with my apple phone mailbox unbelievable

    PLEASE, PLEASE change this app. I’m loosing more valuable time as a teacher with new passwords, your time has expired, your password is weak. We all have more important things to do then sit around reading you can’t get mail, get a new password.
    We have a pandemic, people are out of work trying to find jobs, trying to get homework for their children, get doctors information on Portals and you decide to add layers of trivial nonsense at the worst possible time. WHAT WERE YOU PROPKE THINKING!
    Read the thousands of complaints and go back to Keep it simple!!!!

    I hate the new aol app. I hate not being able to delete your advertisements.
