    Not a fan of the App, I have had AOL for years and years and not really looking to leave, but I want it back on my IPhone Mail App. Also....how do you get rid of the advertisements???? They are very annoying!!!

    Whiners! I just spent a minute looking at all the complaints about the little colorful ads at the top of the email feed. How can so many people be so upset about something so small? These are small, quiet ads not even 5% as invasive or obnoxious as ones on my PC. Chill out, people! It’s a free app and AOL has to make money!

    How do you get rid of the repetitive ads? Every time I log on there is another ad to delete. All I want to do is read my mail. Please get this sorted. I can’t find anything in settings to delete the ads.

    I’ve only had this AOL app for a day and I cannot stand it. With the old app I never got any political advertisement or advertisement of any kind for that matter. Please quit sending it to me.

    With my Mail app I received updated emails very frequently. In comparison it takes forever for the AOL app to update email. I prefer the Mail app. Please bring it back or make the AOL app better

    Either the ads go or we go! Really annoying! Investigating our options for service from a company that cares and doesn’t bombard us with ads.

    I've been a aol user since the 90s this forced new thing you got going on is awful! Why can't iphone mail be used to access the account! half the world owns an iphone! The no help whatsoever desk is a joke and who wants to sit for hrs on a phone and there is no assistance! Ads out of control, fees being assessed for help & unclear instructions ! Enough is going on in this world and you seem to like being apart of the mess stressing people out! People trying to live & keep sane - aol trying to send them to the poor & nut house! Do Better People! This app is BAD!

    The whole layout is not easy. How do I get rid of side bar on my email page?
    We are older and this is so annoying. Can’t we keep the old way.

    are today’s emails?BTW no way to type on the space ?
    And how can I get the email to display for page without seeing the side bar list of yesterday’s emails

    Why has aol done this? This is nothing but confusion. Why do I have to agree to let aol share my information? You have taken a good mail service and totally messed it up! Go back!

    My wife and I both have graduate degrees, have used AOL since it was with dial up and we have wasted two days trying to figure out the most confusing directions I’ve ever read to keep our Apple iOS mail. For instance, your site on one day tells me I have successfully loaded the two step security login and then I get an email an hour later stating I can’t get email because I haven’t two step security.
    The ads at the top of each email are annoying and visually distracting.
    Tech support is a joke! I was on for hours and was even more confused. No help whatsoever.
    This is worst then a “scam”! Shame on AOL for the way you treat your faithful customers

    Every time I look at my email I find an ad at the top of my list. There is no way to remove this annoyance. I have been with AOL for years but will go elsewhere if you don’t stop this.

    pretty lame that you HAVE to update to the new app for “security reasons” and now there’s always an annoying ad at the top of my inbox
