We have had Aol for thirty years, sure every now and then there might be a blip but not like the mess this NEW and “improved” piece of junk. Not as easy to go through my mail, old apps won’t load. You really can not tell us that it was because you wanted to improve security. You want more money. This aol is not worth my time. The minute I have notified all of our contacts we are gone. Greed, is what you are all about!

Unsolicited ADS with no way of sending them to spam in order to stop future ones, because the select circle at the left is already filled in. Especially from Amazon. Truly annoying !

Hey, I pay every month for Aol so get rid of the ads at the top of my email list or I will find a new email provider!!!
Also, how come I can’t see photos attached to my email? So far I am VERY unhappy with this app. It’s terrible! Worse than gmail! -

I hate this App. I’m getting a lot of spam. It’s not as easy to navigate. I prefer the old IPhone method of accessing my emails. PLEASE GET RID OF SPAM ADS FROM AMAZON!!!

Get tons of unwanted mail in aol mail. Thought it was filtered for known users and contact list. Plus all the spam

Ever since changing to the aol app ALL of my social media accounts have been hacked and there have been several attempts to hack my EBay and PayPal accounts. This never happened before downloading this horrible app .

This is terrible. Why can’t we just go back to the iPhone email app. It was so much easier to use. I don’t like to be forced into changes that are no where as good as what I had been using.

I am newly widowed and find it profoundly upsetting to see an advert about dating at the top of my mailbox. I have deleted it countless times but it just returns over and over and over - I’ve even tried to find an unsubscribe point and can’t. How can I get ride of it - it is beyond painful.
