I’ve received the notice from AOL Security three times now the changes. Subsequently, I deleted my AOL email account from the Accounts & Passwords on my iPhone iOS and access AOL only through the AOL Gold on my laptop and the AOL combined app on my laptop. Evidently I am missing something here or AOL Security is!

So I did what you guys emailed me to do and downloading the app email app however your app icon is pure blank when I open the app it works fine but when I live the app the icon is just pure white

Suddenly, your spam filter is absolute rubbish!! Things that are obviously spam get through - at least 15-20 a day- and you’ve managed to completely block all email from my son’s prospective college. Incredibly frustrating!!!!

I would like to echo a previous comment. I thought ABC, CBS, & NBC were the most biased news sources but you guys take the cake. I can’t begin to imagine what your agenda could be but if you want to talk about dividing the country, look in the mirror. **** you don’t even make an attempt at fair reporting. To be clear, I have always been liberal and I think President Trump is an arrogant *** but a news source should report positive and negative news equally for all. Where is your story on President Trump denouncing the ***, white supremacy and the proud boys? He did this on Fox news the night after the debate and yet nothing on AOL. Even if it was bs, that should be for people to decide. Furthermore, if AOL posted all the ridiculous comments Vice President Biden has made about African Americans and half of the good President Trump has done for African Americans, VP Biden wouldn’t have a chance to win the election. I know these comments won’t change the way AOL does things but maybe it opens some people’s eyes.

Turn off auto feature that opens links within the app, allow the links to open using web browser where we have security features or offer an option to change the setting to open the links in web browser. Do not want aol to have access to the links.

I am visually impaired and the font size of male is too small with no option to make it larger. Gmail has larger fonts. I prefer the old AOL mail.

I am appalled by the lack of ethics in AOL news. News is supposed to report and not present a biased opinion, if I wanted to read opinions I would read a letter to the editor. AOL news is so left leaning it is criminal. The article what Celebrities thought about the VP debate is all one sided, AOL news, do your job and report the news, don’t push your political views, that’s what Facebook if for.

I just put the app on my phone and within 15 I have received about 15 ads. I do not want them. Very annoying.

Since adopting the new secure method of checking emails I have been inundated with ads that never used to be there, no point in using the secure method. Returning to original un spammed method.

The ads in the email should not be allowed, every time you open the mobile app to get email, the first email is a ad, is there a way to remove those ads?
