    This is the worst app I have ever used. I have to click on each one to remove it I can’t click on all of them to remove I also cannot put BCC on my emails it is absolutely ridiculous

    What are the “filters” and how do I get rid of them? Also, all of my old mail seems to have disappeared. How do I get it back. I did not delete it.

    That's why I have 13k emails not this ******* WHOSE LIEING !!!!! Check my account I have it for years !!!! Well now that's it ruined I'm waiting for fbi to finish with these criminals then I'll close it !! NOW THAT THIS MEXICIAN SENT MY INFORMATION EVERY WHERE!!!

    I’ve been with aol mail since it’s inception. The amount of spam in a 24 hour period is terrible. I have 2 other email accounts outside of aol that have none or very little in a month . I use them a lot , even more since they have very little garbage that gets through.

    Get rid of ads while I collect mail please. My gmail account does not do this. WHY DO YOU?

    I also object to ads when collecting my email. Even if I close the ad, it comes right back. That is why I went with a third party mail APP. I added the aol mail app because of the email sent out a couple of days ago. The longer I use this app, the more I hate it!

    My personal information is being hacked and accessed for unauthorized purposes. My cell phone number has been disabled and I am unable to communicate or access my personal emails, contacts, or social media accounts. I have contacted Verizon regarding this matter and the unauthorized access to my personal information continues. Verizon is not Bein helpful. My cell phone number is being used for unauthorized purposes and to access my personal information. This problem has been going on for years, but only within the past six months have I been unable to communicate or access any emails or social media accounts.

    I have the “new” aol app so i can receive aol mail. Why am I getting sales ads on my email. I dont want ads on my emails list

    AOL emails can have long delays before downloading to my iPad. I have commented on this issue before. Got from AOL a request that I deleted the APP from my iPad and reinstall. I finally did this yesterday. As before, emails are on my iPhone, but delay on downloading to my iPad. The app icon on the iPad will show I have 2 unread emails. Both unread emails show up on my iPhone, but when I go to the iPad App, only one unread email from a previous download appears and the app icon changes from 2 to 1 unread email and continues to fail to load the other unread email. I like to use my iPad for work and I cannot yet trust receiving AOL emails in a timely fashion.

    I have always used my AOL email on all my devices. Recently I was informed I could still be secure withAOL if I integrated the mail on my IPad with AOL. Something didn’t work. The.mail on my IPad used larger and darker print that I could easily read. Now the size of letters is smaller and lighter making it difficult to read. I have glaucoma and reading my mail is difficult.

    I’ve used my aol email address for at least 15 years. I originally had aol broadband in my house but moved to another provider but kept using the email address.Recently via the app on my iPhone my account has been logged out and then logged back in again not by me but seemed to be a glitch. Now it’s logged out and I cannot remember my password and also the phone numbers on my account were old so I cannot get a reminder that way. There doesn’t seem to be a helpline in the U.K. ? Anyone know how or what I can do as I have important emails held in my inbox but am unable to now retrieve them which is very annoying . !!
