Been on my email 10 times today and now requiring sign in. It is 11pm and not accepting password and my cell phone not available at moment so I have to get an email I cannot access. Bright thinking AOL??? I have been an AOL member longer than anyone in your customer service area has been working. Yahoo will become my go to when this happens again. Judging by the complaints I am not alone.

When forwarding an email on your iPad App in IOS version 13 and beta 14, the subject matter doesn’t carryover anymore. Instead it says fwd:no subject. This has been happening for over a month. Your recent update did not fix it, it carries over on reply but not on forward.

Why am I still getting the email telling me to either download the AOL app or go thru other steps in order to continue to use my AOL email address despite the fact that I have been using the app, and ONLY the app, since you originally sent out that email?!?!? Are you REALLY paying attention to how I’m accessing my email, because it seems like your not. My other thought is that if I continue to choose to use my phone to access my email, then that’s my issue. I am very much aware of the fact that my phone is not secure, but I also remember the fact that emails have been getting hacked looooong before cell phones where a thing. Also, enough the ads!

I don’t like logging in manually every time. I would like face recognition or keep me logged in always. Very disappointed and I’ll go elsewhere if this doesn’t change

Ads keep returning over and over. Can no longer print e mail. Won’t connect. I am switching to gmail. Goodbye aol after 15+ years

I cannot get rid of ads. I delete them and they reappear as new mail. They are the exact same ads. What is going on?

If you want apple users to use your app you need a better one with functions more like online. Also one reason i like apple app is it gives me mail immediatly that is why we use mail . If i want news i will go to news. Also like having all my emails from other services together on one list.

All of the sudden after 30 years with aol my email account gets locked out. You are holding my emails ******* unless I pay $4.99 a month. Total BS
