Deleted app and reinstalled

I agree. Errors all day. Also randomly deletes things in my new mail before I can read them.

Have been having trouble with getting to AOL mail app. It tells me that it can’t open at this time on my iPhone updated but still doesn’t work. This has been going on for about 2 weeks on and off but now can’t get to my mail. Please check this out. Thanks, S. May

Agree. AOL forces you to use this app, because the traditional Mailboxes that I’ve used for years are no longer supported, yet I’ve had nothing but trouble, headache and frustration since I have started using the app. Sad.

Have not been able to use the app all day. Once logged in, it says “error-system “.
Was able to check my email over the internet on my laptop, but not as easy access as my phone. -

Lost 2 of 4 email accounts today on iPhone for easy access. Shows 4 accounts tho on AOL.
Called support 2x waited 30 mins. & each x server disconnected!
Still access on computer but not near it during work day. -

Ridiculous. Cannot Access Mail from my app. I absolutely hate that we now have to log in. Fix it.

Cannot check email with the iPad app but I can use a web browser so I suspect the problem is the app. The app worked earlier today but stopped working around 4 ish this afternoon

Having the same issues as everyone else can't get into my emails I know I have correct log on info... I attempted on another phone and all of my emails files etc are showing as none found

AOL is horrible.... can’t get on my email... have been on with my cell phone over 25 minutes on technical help.... nobody says anything.... like... you have a wait of 10 minutes.... just stupid music plays over and over again!!!!! HELP..... isn’t there anybody that helps their customers!!!!!

I type my email and password in and it’s telling me an error occurred. This has been happening all day. I need to get into my email. I have teachers emailing me about my kids and school work. Thanks
