What is really going on I so messed up for work with this craziness going on with aol all the time. Can’t get vey important emails I’m waiting on all day. Omg It’s so upsetting when is this going to be resolved

Cannot log into app again over and over and over again. Take it off and put it back on take it off and put it back on still doesn't work. It would be nice if the one who created this app would fix it permanently. Or find someone who can

If unable to log in successfully on your phone, check that background app refresh is enabled in iOS settings, if power is low, it will be disabled. Try logging in on a laptop or computer. If any updates were done on your phone, recharge battery, uninstall app, reinstall app, check settings are enabled and test. I am able to log in on laptop okay.

Aol app logged me out and wouldn’t let me reset up. Had to delete app from iPad and download again but it still took awhile to get it accepted again. Why can’t we keep apple mail app of course it’s because aol insists on sending advert email which I always ignore anyway. Can’t get support from aol either, can anyone suggest a decent provider!!!!

Fix the iPhone app. This is crazy. Does AOL even know there is a problem. Terrible!!! They are more interested in Ad revenue than our email. They stink!!!

What happened with the AOL app on iPhone XR? I used the app in the morning then in the afternoon it won’t work. Keeps wanting me to sign in and when I do, it tells me to try again later.
