    I started experiencing problems with receiving my emails. I changed my password 9 times, cleared my browser, and used a different browser and I still can not sign into my email account.

    For 4 hours today, CANNOT GET TO MY AOL MAIL. CHANGED password, signed in hundred times. Says try later all afternoon

    Getting really fed up with needing to log in each time I check e-mails. Fix the app please!!!

    Why am I getting bombarded with ads in old mail,sent mail,and saved mail!!! This is annoying! I’ve been a AOL member for years!! Considering changing to gmail!!

    I think we’ve gone overboard when you can’t even look at your mailbox without seeing ads! I know I’m not the only one who has complained about this. Also, why can’t I resend the same email? Why do I have to retype the same email address, the same subject line, and the same info in the body of content? Why can’t I just hit a send again button, like I could when I was using the mail app on my iPhone?

    The AOL app has many problems. I am unable to edit (add, delete, change) anything in ‘My Contacts’ in AOL mail in the app. HELP!!!!! FIX THIS!!!! There is no easy way to get help. “Contacting help via email is unavailable due to COVID-19.) Why? Other companies have help desks that are available via email at this time. Yes it may take longer but help is available. There is no way to get help other than posting in this forum unless I pay for a “ premium service”?????? So far your FAQs do not have any real resources to address any of my issues. Get it together!

    Asks for full sign In twice in half hour.
