Come on aol!! Every time Apple does an update your **** doesn’t work correctly half the emails won’t connect to their content. I agree with the other aol members that Do Not Load Ads with my e-mail!! What is it we’re paying for????

Please stop with the ads in the mail! It’s bad enough that we have to put up with getting spam mail, but to see ads as well is incredibly annoying! Especially when I never saw any ads while using the mail app that comes on my iPhone.

Seriously, I get a notification that Senator Rand Paul “claims” he was “attacked” by protesters. Where in the heck are you getting your news feed from to feed us with this misconstrued interpretation of videos?

I thought logging on every time was annoying. Now each email shows up twice. I went and deleted every duplicate only and it got rid of all my emails. Thanks for not fixing anything and actually making it worse. This sucks

I’ve been using AOL for a long time, and I was looking forward to the iOS version of AOL, but the only attachments I can send are photographs or videos, there’s no way to include a PDF or Word document file if you’re trying to use AOL for work. It would also be nice to be able to better manage the contacts in the address book, which is gotten very messy with the inability to edit and manage all the people in my address book.

Logging in every time I check is so FRUSTRATING! Why is this a new thing? I hate it. Give an option to stay logged in.

On my iPad new email as soon as I select it disappears before I can read it into the Old Email folder, any suggestions?

Why is it impossible for me to be taken to a link destination after clicking the link in my aol email?
Time after time, while reading an email, there would be a link included for me to click on in order to be taken to a website. And it never ceases to amaze me, that once I click on it all I get is the little, thing, in the middle of the screen spinning (looks kinda like a cog wheel or a gear) and thats all it does! -

The AOL Mail app does not include options for deleting, renaming, or using sub folders. These functions are necessary for the proper management of email messages. The options for setting up my existing iPhone email function to work with AOL Mail are insufficient and unclear, and the help documentation is inadequate. You have been played for fools, gentlemen, by paying for and launching this app. You will no doubt receive kudos from AOL corporate for your efforts, but I have nothing but contempt for you.
