Starting today 8/27/20 AOL has closed one of my accounts when I try to open it I’m getting a closed phone number they have on file and removed the new number that was assigned to the account and no way to update.

My iPhone aol app indicates I have mail but when I open the app for”new mail” the folder is empty.

This is about the 5th time I’ve commented on the same thing. AOL used to be pretty good. For the last month it’s horrible. I have to log in every Tim I want to see my email. Read a text and had to log back in to AOL again less than 5 minutes. And no one apparently cares. Time to get new email.

Why do I constantly have the same amazon email trying to get me to buy these 2 white containers? If I delete it, it appears immediately! is there no way to delete it for good or mark it junk?

I don’t understand why I have to sign in every time I use the aol app on my iPhone. It’s time consuming and annoying. That’s why I use the mail app on my iPhone.

Get the app fixed!! I’m tired of logging in 50 times a day to check email! Maybe instead of printing democratic lies on your news page, you can actually do some work on fixing this issue! It’s been 2 months!

I can't open the "news" app on my iPhone! Every time I tap on it the app shuts down.

Now that I pay to use aol mail. I do not understand why I have to see advertising in my inbox. It is very annoying.

I’m already unhappy about having to either use the app to continue using AOL Mail or go thru some extra steps in order to continue using the mail portion of AOL on my iPhone but now you also want to make sure that I see an ad every time I check my email?

I don’t know why you have to keep changing everything. I liked it the way it was. If it wasn’t secure, that’s my problem. The print is smaller on this and I can’t find the forward button or my address list. Since you are now charging me for what used to be free, LEAVE IT ALONE. There was nothing wrong with the old one. Since you started charging a fee the service is only gotten worse.

I had a message come up say aol are deleting accounts is this true? My old email is still a active with the last provider but they will not allow me access, any ideas on how to get this back??

How do you delete all these old contacts from email? There isn’t a delete or edit button. You can’t swipe it. If you back it out, it comes right back!!!!!!

Annoying as **** ! On my iPhone, I turned off every notification I could see and my screen still fills up with “AOL” messages every time something goes in my inbox - even when using another app. It also seems that you have to open each individual email to delete it. Typical AOL deployment - full of bugs ! Wife says it’s equally bad on her iPad.
