Have to sign in using password ever time. I called AOL. In order to speak to a tech you have to BUY the premium package to speak to a rep to get help fixing the problem. So annoying!

I just updated the app and had to sign in to my account and found that a new ad appeared at the top of my email list. How do i undo this upgrade?

Why on my iPhone I have to delete junk mail 2 or 3 times before it might delete then I may have to delete it from trash 2 times before it finally deletes.

1. Log in doesn’t work via Safari when not in a wireless area.
2. Too many logins. How about every two weeks, not every day -

Hi!
Things in my Spam folder got permanently deleted like I wanted. THEN, they showed up in my INBOX!!!THEN I could be not choose to delete them SINGLY but AFTER SEVERAL TRIES!!!!!Then it asked me to delete the whole folder, I chose to do so. But it deleted my INBOX!!! Was not sure what mailbox I was in!Could you please restore my inbox?

I am not able to see/read my emails. I have important mail coming and it’s imperative that i can access. Please get these issues fixed.

Three spam emails have shown up in my inbox, I try to delete and then it goes into another folder, will not go away, then show up on another folder, and then after several tries of Deleting and logging off my phone they are gone, but so are all my emails in my saved emails and all emails in my trash. I have two accounts, this happened to my main acct on Wednesday then my sub account today.

I lost my entire inbox. I called yesterday and they said they restored it and to give it 24 hours for everything to come back. I did and multiple emails did not get restored including critical mortgage related documents. I called back today 5 times, as I was disconnect 4 times, including twice after going through the extensive verification process. On my last call I gave up, as it was the same questions over and over I had answered and when I was relating the terrible customer service of making someone have to go through this over and over again with people who were difficult to understand due to their poor English. I asked if they could call back if I was disconnected and I was told this was not an option. The phone started breaking up again and I hung up as I was not going to go through the process another time. Beyond bad customer service this is not the first time I have lost emails folders. I still do not have this resolved but I cannot deal with calling and getting disconnected over and over again.

Excessive SPAM and can’t find a way to increase level of security. 167 Spam emails in a 24 hour period...ridiculous!!!
