    It’s frustrating to deal with un- navigable and convoluted AOL instruction to try to disassociate and remove your name from the username when sending email.

    Stop the Amazon ads on my mail feed. Annoying. I’m going to delete the app if it doesn’t stop.

    My task bar shows I have 2 AOL icons on my taskbar. I don't know why AOL 2 shows on my task bar. I did not put it there. Help me fix it.

    Some email not loading all of the html placeholders and there is nothing to click on to show html.

    Very slow in displaying emails. There can be a lag of several hours behind the mail on my computer screen.

    AOL used to keep me logged in indefinitely, but for the last few days I have to login every time I open the mail. Could you make it an option: “how long you have to be idle before you are automatically logged out”, or at least “remember me”?

    Please remove this multiple login every time you need to access your email it’s very annoying

    Why can’t I access my mail without a sign in and then a request to delete my account? It’s so stressful. Can’t seem to contact anyone to fix issues or help me fix them. I am not tech savvy I just want a mail system that works. All these complaints under ‘gathering feedback’, well stop gathering and DO SOMETHING!

    Hard to sign in. Sometimes can’t get in. Other times it just quits. I can see I have emails in little box at Lower left on iPhone indicating I’m in but mail doesn’t come up. Requires me to sign in but then doesn’t go to email

    I am unable to access anything other than NEW email consistently.
    99.9% of the time when I attempt to select ILD mail or try to search folders the app crashes and shuts down!!
    Really really REALLY frustrating!!

    Why can you not go back to the AoL email where you were not required to sign in every 5 seconds and when you refresh using the IOS mail app you keep getting account errors requiring you to input all your details again to access your emails.

    The app is now too cumbersome and something needs to be done sharpish

    Can see new email but app shutting down when trying to view other folders- sent email etc

    App keeps crashing when switching between folders! Did this a few versions back, you sorted it.... now it’s broken again.....

    Same problem here. Can open app but try to look at a different folder and app crashes. About 3 days now
