    Same here, I can read new mail, but when I try to open another folder - such as saved mail etc, the app shuts down. This started after the latest update.

    It is annoying, and time consuming, to have to re sign into AOL so many times in a day to get email. Why is this happening?

    I’ve had AOL mail for over 15 years but over the past few months the app constantly asks me to sign in and then it says incorrect password then it seems to work normally again but Today it’s doing the same again asking me to sign in and crashing and all my emails have disappeared totally. Very annoying and the problem needs to be solved once and for all ...

    App on my iPad sucks. It either doesn’t show my email saying the folder is empty while at the bottom it tells me I have x-numbers of new emails. And not having a dashboard is driving me nuts. Please fix it or after 20+ years I’m moving to another server.

    AOL app closes frequently when switching to another folder. Especially the Spam folder.

    Since June 11, 2020 update, app crashes if you try to select any other folder on iPhone 11/ iOS 13.5.1.

    For about the last year I have had trouble staying signed in on my iPhone. Never had this problem before that. I’ve deleted app & reinstalled it probably 5 times. Works for a while then stops.
    Can you tell me how to fix it?

    Tired of having to sign in every time I check my e-mail I did not have to before but one time they wanted me to sign in and I forgot my password so I reset it and since then I always have to sign in

    Mail will not update on mobile devices. Seems ok on my computer but I need my mobile devices to work properly.

    Since this last update AOL is not working properly can’t get into the spam folder crashes all the time can’t get into the trash trash crashes all the time what happen with this new update it made it worse

    My aol app on my iPad is not updating when I refresh. Old iPad has iOS 10.3 I close completely and then restart app. AOL account on safari updates ok.

    Stop the requiring signing in each time you access your mail very annoying
