Why do I have to sign in every time I go into look at my mail? That’s super frustrating. I’ve also been reading email and the app just closes. Fix it please

I have been with aol for 40+ years and loved it but it’s sad to say I am not going to be frustrated by this NEW AOL any longer and I will be forced to start anew with gmail if improvements are not forthcoming. It’s frustrating and hurtful!!

Every time I’m in the middle of reading a current email and a new email is received, I get interrupted and my home page comes up.

Why do I have to sign in every time I open the app and there appears to be no way to remember my login? Only just started happening. Please fix.

When I tap on new mail, the message gets sent to old mail folder instead of opening.

Now I know I’m not the only one with this problem. I could repeat the comment on all the previous posts! PLEASE fix it soon. I’ve been with AOL for many many years and don’t want the hassle of having to change my email address now. Too much stress all ready.

I’m also having trouble opening mail on my iPad as it immediately disappears into Old Mail before I have the chance to read it. This is an intermittent issue lasting several days then it works fine for a while.

I have to re-log in every single time I open the app, multiple times a day. Doesn’t save my settings or signature.

My app shows I have 22 messages on the little envelope icon but the display says my inbox is empty. I cannot get to my mail!

Device in Myanmar given code to my email last night. It is supposed to be secure with call or text to me if breeches. Now what do I do?

When I open the AOL app on my IPad, the first new email slips into old mail before I can even read it. How do I stop it from doing that.
It’s also a pain to sign in every time I open it. No one else is using my IPhone or IPad but me. I much prefer The old AOL app ...it was much easier to use. Please bring it back.
