    When I search for an email, it says the folder is empty. Even when I enter something I know or can see is there. What else is wrong if this is happening?

    Used your app. for years; never had any problems signing in (especially since I use my fingerprint) and have my password saved to my iPhone 7. Since today, your app refuses to allow me to sign in using my email, password that I have been using for years. A blue and white box appears saying: this is the “wrong format.”??? What the heck does THAT mean? Obviously your app. needs to be FIXED. Otherwise, sadly, I will be using a different app to retrieve my mail.

    Since 12:24pm on 27/5/20, I’m unable to read new emails. They won’t load up even though I get notifications saying I’ve got new emails.
