The app keeps failing to show new emails even when it notifies me of new emails. My spam folder doesn’t have that same problem.🤷♀️

The app closes all the time. I can be reading my emails and the app closes on it on constantly on my iPhone. I can be reading are writing an email and the app closes out on it own. I need this issue fixed.

My AOL mail does not download on my iPhone for hours compared to my iPad! Also my iPad closes a lot when checking mail. Also, I have to sign in every time checking AOL email!

I’m having the same problem as everyone else. I could write a list of problems with email, old & new etc etc. Not able to connect, errors with email the list can go on & on. Sort it out AOL. You are going to loose customers if not sorted. Having to use gmail although that’s playing up now. Whatever you’ve done get it corrected! So many complaints & no feedback at all from AOL. This hasn’t been a short term problem!

I have cancelled system mechanic 3 Months ago and am still being billed. I have gone to there website several times with no results. If this is not resolved I will cancel aol. I have been a aol user forever.

The app closes all the time on my iPhone, I'll be writing an email and it closes out of the app halfway thru the email and it closes everytime I'm not using the app, very frustrating, please fix it.

Since the last update I continuously get logged out of aol and have to sign in every time I go to check my mail! Why?

Am I supposed to be able to get AOL Mail on 2 devices at the same time? I have it on my iPhone and when I try to get it in my iPad it just says “oops something went wrong. Try again later.” Do I have to sign off of my phone to access it on my iPad?

Agree about deleting email and am kicked off aol and have to go back into account to continue reading emails. I AM VERY FRUSTRATED ABOUT CONSTANT UNWANTED ADs FROM SENIOR DATING, POLITICAL ORGANIZATIONS, MATCH, etc. I delete them and they return. WHY

I am now finding out that when I am making a payment for something I have bought or renewing a subscription on my computer I will not get a message that my information for my bank account is not correct and the payment has been declined but with the next payment for another product I have bought will be accepted without any problem. This is playing heavily on my credit score. I won’t tell you how I am feeling about all of this and the time it is taking away from my doing other things that is equals as important to get done.

I don’t know what is going on but I’m sick and tired of every time I try to delete an email I’ve read the app sends me back to my home page and when I reopen it the email is still there! Ju started a couple of weeks ago and it’s **** frustrating!
