Since the changes were made from Verizon to AOL, I have been in the process of completely shutting down the AOL as my provider. It has been the very worst experience I have ever had with programs, especially emails!

You keep automatically deleting my Old Mail folder and all contents in it. The mail is then unretrievable. This is unacceptable and rude. Stop it!!!

It appears to me that AOLs anti Trump news brief windows really shows the bias that AOL along with Yahoo and others have for Trump and his administration. Too bad you guys care more about “fundamentally change of America” and the Progressive Socialist ideas than for what America really meant for real Americans. Too bad.....

What are you all doing to AOL. Ever since you’ve taken on advertisers, you have starting to fail in a big, big way. For what I’m paying per month for your service, this amounts to pure BS. Get it fixed, or I’ll move on to another server.

I too am having a terrible time get to my E-mail I re-enter my password and it just won’t go I’ve done it at least three times today yesterday was five times and it was not until after 3 o’clock before I could even get into it I am tired of it and I am tired of paying for something I’m not getting and I’ve been with AOL 25 years

This just goes along with Apple. And AOL they both SUCK!!!!! I’ve been with AOL for over 20 years so I can’t change and lose my business email address but I am contemplating changing from apple phone to an android. Those idiots at apple think they still own this phone after I paid several hundred $ for it. They can put this phone where the ☀️ don’t shine If U lcatch my drift. I don’t like the tactics that used to get subscriber to pay AOL for their service to remove certain advertisements from my emails, I have never login into these sites and suddenly I am getting a lot of these emails

Hey I just looked in my email and found Verizon media??!! I don’t know what happened but I’m here to say I did not do Anything!! I have been hacked for over 3 years!! Someone has been controlling my phone and I’m not having anything they are saying to me!! I want to know what’s going on??!!

After reading emails I try to delete. I check them to be deleted and every time I hit the delete icon it bounces out of AOL completely. I have to go back in recheck the emails I want to delete and try again. Usually on the second try it works but sometimes it takes a third or forth try. Please fix this annoying glitch. Thank you.

How to get rid of all kinds of dating ads in AOL? I never look at them but they contin7e to pop up every time I open mail! Impossible to get rid of or like some ads that it’s unwanted.

Will not display emails. Shows that I have emails but refresh does not display. Need this fixed!
