My messages used to appear instantly when opened app - now have to log in every time which is annoying and can’t work out why? Is there a fix?

I’ve had to sign in again every time I open the app, It should save my account already. I need to get to emails quickly for work sometimes, and the app is not doing the job. Plz fix

I’m going to quit using your app because it doesn’t work. It shuts down when it shouldn’t, deletes emails that it should not, etc. You’ve been notified but you won’t fix it so **** with you.

App is still crashing even after the update this week. When is this going to get fixed? Getting tired of it.

There was an update before the most recent and if you are viewing an email and a new email comes in, the app crashes. Y’all need to fix this asap because it’s extremely annoying. I realize that you might not have many tech people working during the lockdown, but if you have someone issuing updates, have them fix the problem!

Why do I have an ad right smack on the top line line of my inbox when I pay for this e-mail service. I have had AOL since the 80s but this is too much. There are better e-mail services that are free and significantly better for equivalent cost to AOL. Last chance to keep my fee

New mail moves itself to old mail before I’ve read it. Frustrating! Need to make this stop.

I have asked over and over about having to login continually to the AOL mail app on my iPad. If you are not going to fix it, tell me and I will find another provider.

I have used aol as my primary email since about 1990. But If AOL can’t fix this app, I am done! This is nonsense! My “password expires daily. And sometimes more than once a day!

4/24/20 App still crashing when trying to delete single email, I made sure app is updated, but has been doing this for some time. Why can’t this & other app problems been fixed. Time for gmail.

Please fix the glitch that causes the app to shut down suddenly. Either when I’m in the middle of reading a post, or when I am deleting or flagging a post. PLEASE FIX THIS GLITCH! Thank you

I liked it when my AOL account played nice with my Outlook app. Now I must use both because some emails that show up in outlook do not show up in AOL. And a lot of emails that show up in AOL do not show up in Outlook. This happened about 3 months ago.
