Search issue

2days ago, search no longer works. Just shows news or videos, not any websites. I use your search A LOT, and need this resolved ASAP. I’ve been with AOL for over 20 years and am one of the few who pay for email. If not resolved soon, I’m going to Google!

    How do I keep or transfer my cloud email address with new app

    This new method of getting emails is horrendous. The largest print setting is much too small.
    There is no separate setting to see your flagged messages or any iCloud messages.
    Why are things getting worse for AOL users rather than better.
    Also charging to speak to a Tech about these changes is deplorable. Every person I spoke to
    had different answers to my questions. No one seems to know exactly what the changes entail.
    And why do I have to be talked into getting protection for my electronic devices just to be able
    to talk to someone who supposedly knows what's going on????

    my AOL mail is all I want ownership of again . it was my Apple ID but someone took it from me

    The “tech” listing never works it always says no internet connection but all the other ones work. What’s up with that?

    I divorced in December 2019, have changed name back to maiden name on driver’s license, insurance cards, CCs, but AOL continues to show my former married name. How do I update account?

    I have the same exact problem. I don’t understand why search functionality isn’t working properly, but it needs to be fixed !

    I, too, am experiencing the very same issue. Also, a lifelong AOL member. This started happening out of the blue a few days ago, but only on my iPhone 8, not my iPad or my iMac.
