Please remove adverts from my ‘private’ email account. This feels intrusive and is apparently impossible to remove.

The intrusive adverts are an invasion of privacy. AOL should have more respect for its users.

How do I delete a particular mail storage folder?

All adds should go to “spam” folder!! Let me choose what adds I want to see. Most adds do not have a delete button or an unsubscribe option, when you press the “ x” it still goes to the add and there is no way to get rid of it.
Please take care of this problem!!! It should be obvious to you considering all of the negative feedback you receive!!!!!!! -

Nothing works anymore. Can’t change font size, can’t read the faint mails. Can’t delete read messages. Sick of the unwanted adds. It’s now a mess.

Allow me to delete ads or I’ll delete aol.
Then I won’t see ANY ads, and if enough people drop you, you will lose revenue! -

Adds in my email are stupid. My phone is clogged with ads so badly it is almost dysfunctional. Now! They are in my email. Short of installing an ad blocker how do I get rid of them.

Keep deleting the add as arrives but keeps coming back - rubbish of the highest order especially in this modern age.......
