How can we improve the AOL App?

Why not keep all mail as new until it’s removed by the recipient? When I login to outlook a lot of mail doesn’t show because it was read on the app. This is a problem

    where is everyone finding this new mail option?

    All the mail should be kept as new until I move or delete it, do not like old mail and new mail at all
