No Subject When Reply or Forward Emails
I spoke to AOL technical support and followed their suggestions to fix the problem. I was unsuccessful. Please fix the problem which is that the subject from the original email disappears when I reply or forward that original email. The subject line comes up “(no subject)” on the reply or forward email.
I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app
4. Restart your mobile device
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data. -BR

When replying or forwarding an email, the subject doesn’t carry over and the subject line reads (no subject). Please fix this!!!

A posted solution to this problem suggested clearing the app's cache. How do we do that?
When I reply or forward an email, the app removes the subject line and replaces it with “no subject”. ‘‘This is happening in the app only (phone and iPad) but not on my laptop or desktop. Please help!!
Die App ist super aber ich finde es schade, dass beim Beantworten einer Email der Betreff nicht mit übernommen wird und dann dort „kein Betreff“ steht. Es wäre super wenn das geändert werden würde. Liebe Grüße

When I try to forward an email the subject says “no subject “. I would prefer to see the subject.
When I try to respond to an email, the subject line is blank and doesn't carry the subject. This was not the case before in all the time I have used AOL email. Can't this be fixed?
When using the AOL App, replying or forwarding an email, the subject line is deleted. Why? I cannot find anything in the settings control to fix this issue.

When forwarding an email on your iPad App in IOS version 13 and beta 14, the subject matter doesn’t carryover anymore. Instead it says fwd:no subject. This has been happening for over a month. Your recent update did not fix it, it carries over on reply but not on forward.

Fix the issue of the subject line being blank when I try to forward or reply to an email using the AOL app on my iPad.
