Unnecessary signing in
I shouldn’t have to give my password and call name now that I have the app. My phone is already secure. It’s very annoying!

Why do I have to sign-in and provide a new password every time I click on the APL app to view my messages?

Tired of constantly signing in to my emails on my iPad. It says I have mail but when I try to retrieve it I have to sign in, several times in one day. On my laptop I can stay signed in, why the difference. Sort it or I’ll change mail providers.

The touchID process was clunky enough - it required 10 touches of either the screen or fingerprint sensor to sign in. But my iPhone 12 only has faceID and there is no option for that at all, so I have to sign in manually every time. That is some seriously backwards progress...

I shouldn’t have to give my password and call name EACH time when I want t use the app with my tablet. I want to stay signed in until I decide to sign out! It works with my iPhone, why not with my iPad??? Please install “stay signed in” check box. Thank you.

I would appreciate being able to use my iPhones’ touch or Face ID not my password when opening AOl app.
